Pity that the tail is backward.
Red tailfin should be on the left side or inside of the curl.
It's just the way it curves and everything.
That's why the pulley string doesn't match up.
Upon closer inspection, it seems as though you've completely flipped the entire tail section around (minus the pulley string) Biologically, that doesn't really work as well as you'd think (I would know, tends to hurt quite a bit, like someone twisting your arm).
Unfortunately (and this isn't supposed to be criticism on your work) a 3D creature like that does not translate well into that type of dimensional framing. Things tend to get all sorts of weird.
